GA-VM900M Memory compatibility issue

Problem

We have found some memory compatibility issues with the following…
GA-VM900M revision 1.0
Bios version F4 / F5
Corsair DDR2 667
Corsair DDR2 800
Transcend DDR2 800
Intel 533/800MHz FSB CPU's

The problem is that the memory speed is running at the full speed of the supported SPD on the memory and this cannot be changed.
The bios does not have the option to drop the memory speed.

Eg1.  Intel Pentium Dual Core 21XX series
The CPU speed will be set to 200Mhz FSB while the memory speed will be set to 333Mhz.
Eg2. Intel Celeron 3XX series
The CPU speed will be set to 133Mhz FSB while the memory speed will be set to 333Mhz.

Symptoms

Windows installation may pass on some occasions.
The system may become very unstable when booting into windows with constant reboots experienced.

Solution

Please update bios to version F6.
This fixes the problem and adds better compatibility for memory and newer CPU's
