Problem
We have been finding out that many customers have been setting up the GN-AT2180Y incorrectly by positioning them incorrectly.
Solution
When setting up the GN-AT2180Y Yagi Antenna’s please make sure that the Polarisation arrow is pointing upwards. The Polarisation of an antenna is the orientation of the electric field of the radio wave with respect to the Earth's surface and is determined by the physical structure of the antenna and by its orientation.

The Arrow must be pointing upwards since this is the direction of the Polarisation.

The 2 GN-AT2180Y Yagi antennas would need to be positioned facing each other as depicted in the following diagram…

This is the way that it will work.
