Setting up a Printer on the WL-520GU

Enter the ASUS configuration through the web browser (Default IP 192.168.1.1) |

After entering the ASUS configuration utility it will show the printer that is connected to the router via USB |

Install the Network Printer setup utility found on the cd that came with box |

After the installation the PC will ask for the printer driver – Install printer software |

After driver installation the printer is listed in Printers and faxes in Control Panel |

The next step is to create a new port : |

Go to the printer properties and select the ports tab |
|

Click on “Add Port” tab |
|
- |
On the Printer Ports tab select Standard TCP/IP Port and click on new port |

- |
Click next on the Add new Port Wizzard |
|
- |
Use the default IP adres of the router to specify the printer adres |
|
- |
Click Finish to exit |

Restart the PC and the make sure the printer is set as the default printer. |
