Problem

Current P320W with firmware version V1(ZH.2)C0, does not allow the MTU to be configured on this device.

Solution

Attached is the latest firmware for the P320W that will allow you to configure the MTU settings.

Instructions

1. Unzip folder to Hard Drive.  You should see the files listed below…

2. Run the utility V100ZH3C0.exe (the bin file and exe file will be in the same folder)

3. The utility will start up

4. Enter the Password for the router and click the upgrade button.
This should take about 15-20 seconds and then the upgrade will be complete.

5. The router will reboot.

6. Go into WAN settings and change the Encapsulation to PPPOE.

7. Once this is done the MTU settings will be configurable.
